We meet at Waterloo Rugby Club who have kindly agreed we can park and use toilets. We may occasionally want to grab a drink after and there is a bar.
We have mixed ability groups; Advanced Intermediate Beginners This is a social run. Everyone must take responsibility for themselves. Go at your own pace, there will be plenty of people of mixed abilities in the IMoCM team. Whether you are a complete beginner and have only ever run a bath or you’re Forest Gump’s long lost twin – we want you! Our social runs are laugh-a-minute, get sweaty, get fit and help us spread the important #kNOwKnifeCrime message.
