Change of location – we will now meet at Waterloo Rugby Club who have kindly agreed we can park and use toilets. We may occasionally want to grab a drink after and there is a bar.
We have mixed ability groups;
Advanced
Intermediate
Beginners
This is a social run. Everyone must take responsibility for themselves. Go at your own pace, there will be plenty of people of mixed abilities in the IMoCM team.
Whether you are a complete beginner and have only ever run a bath or you’re Forest Gump’s long lost twin – we want you!
Our social runs are laugh-a-minute, get sweaty, get fit and help us spread the important #kNOwKnifeCrime message.

Barcelona Half Marathon
Date: Sunday February 16, 2020
Cost: Ryanair flight + accommodation + race entry fee
Muster Point: Liverpool Airport on Friday February 14, 2020
Ability: Those comfortable doing a half marathon or you can spectate!
Age: 18+ (Celebratory sangria post-race is a must!)
Join us en España! Our terrific team are off on tour. Following the success of our jaunt to the Emerald Isle and completing the Dublin Rock n Roll Half Marathon we’ve decided to descend on the Spanish coast to complete our next international challenge in Barcelona.

Liverpool Rock n Roll Half Marathon

Cost: £38 race entry fee (The medals are amazing!)

This is our signature team event where we want and need YOU!
In 2019 we ran with 92 runners. This year we want to more than double that to 200!
